Shipping and return policies for PRIM

Shipping Info
We ship the items using the national post office right to your home address.

Depending on where you are, there are different waiting times (starting from postal dispatch):
Austria: 2-3 days
Rest of Europe (including all countries who are not EU): 5-10 days
Rest of the World: 7-10 / 10-20 / 15-30 days
Return Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase every time you buy a merch item from us
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our return policy.

Returning items: We accept the return of all merch items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 30 days, we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items: You can always return items if they are defective.
We only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.

Refund: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, because it was already defective before you opened it or defective and you didn't open it, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Otherwise we kindly ask You to take the responsibility for those.

Withdrawal/Cancellation: You have the right to cancel the contract (to withdraw from buying the item) within 7 working days after delivery.

Sending it back: Write us a mail with the caption "return" and we will send you the adress where you should send it back.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item within 30 days of cancellation.

There are no refunds for digital files.
